Saturation-controlled monostable circuit

A TTL compatible negative edge triggered monostable circuit employing a saturation-controlled bipolar transistor invorter is presented. The circuit gives a delay of the order of 1 µs and does not require any external R and C elements. Charge control analysis of the circuit is also given.
