Reliability of software has been analyzed using some existing mathematical models often termed as software reliability growth models(SRGM ).We have considered Yamada Delayed S shaped model and incorporated the fault dependency, debugging time lag and imperfect debugging .Results shows that reliability of software gets improved under imperfect debugging General TermsReliability, SRGM .
