No matter which realm of information assurance you operate in, at some point – usually sooner than later – you will interact with people whose role is risk management, rather than the implementation/management of technical security countermeasures. As the interface between technology and business focused units, risk managers are often at forefront of security initiatives within the organization: not always an easy task.
