Boundary Effects in Neural Networks

Lawrence Sirovich · SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics · 1980

The boundary of a neural network is considered, and the Hartline–Ratliff equations are used as a model system. Solutions are obtained by means of the Wiener–Hopf technique. Specific examples are calculated and comparison with experiment is made.
