A Circuit for the Rapid Measurement of the Power Factor of Condensers

Eric A. Walker · Review of Scientific Instruments · 1940

A rugged, simple, and inexpensive circuit is described which enables one to ascertain rapidly the power factor and capacitance of condensers. With minor changes the circuit can be used to determine the magnitude and angle of any impedance.
