Grid environment has provided abilities of sharing, selection and union of the heterogeneous resources distributed geographically. There are many issues and problems in these environments; one of the most important of them is the job and the resource scheduling. In the dynamic environments, performance and optimality can be achieved just by the use of a robust scheduling algorithm. The method used in this study is based on Multi Agent systems. The agent learning is inspired by Cuckoo's life style and its nesting style. This method is very fast and also can make balance in workload between resources well, which leads to increase of system performance.
