The present paper offers a well-founded support for the necessity of studying traffic parameters for those sections of the GSM communication cellular network sections, which are liable to local overflows. The statistical measurements yield the data, which, upon analyzing, lead one to make conclusions about the nature of the traffic stream, which is produced by various types of connections.
