The last sentence on p. 184, Following the same argument as in Lemmas 3.3 and 3.4 but using Lemma 2.5 instead of Lemmas 2.2 and 2.4, we may obtain the assertion about iv. is incorrect and a counterexample has been found. Thus the conclusion on v6 in Lemma 3.1 should be deleted, and the restriction C S n a D should be made on the boundary sets E stated in Theorems 2 and 2' on p. 180. All other results will not be affected.
