Detecting Representative Tweets of Microblogging Users

Fast diffusion of information makes microblogging an efficient platform for seeking information, and the most convenient way for a user to get useful information is following others whose tweet content can draw his interest. However, reading through all tweets of a user is very time-consuming. In this paper, we design a model for automatically detecting most representative tweets of a microblogging user, with which he can be easily known by others. Experimental results show our model can get a better performance than baseline methods.
