Intelligence dynamics

In the presentation, we will discuss what factors are important to realize an autonomous robot as a partner with humans. The classical Artificial Intelligence approach can be characterized by symbol representation and logic formula. Recently a new approach toward intelligence has been proposed by some research groups. The features of these approaches include embodiment and dynamical approach. We propose Intelligence Dynamics, which also addresses embodiment and dynamical approach, and further emphasize open-ended system to realize life long interaction between robots and humans.
