On the Lepton-Quark Masses

Semiempirical mass formulae of leptons and quarks are presented on the basis of a broken SU2 ×SU2 horizontal symmetry. The top-quark mass is predicted to be (33+-8) GeV and masses of b艂, t艂 and τ;艂 of the fourth generation to be about 70 GeV, 510 GeV and 370 GeV, respectively.
