The DVMESH code and the use of the Tektronix DVST graphics terminal to prepare mesh data for various two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element stress analysis and heat transfer codes are discussed in two parts. The first part is a reproduction of the paper presented at the Conference on Applications of Computer Graphics in Engineering at Langley Research Center on October 2, 1975. The second part is a user's manual for the code's implementation at Sandia Laboratories, Livermore.
