This paper is the second in the series devoted to the study of constructions of families of homogenizations. The first paper [SIAM J. Math. Anal., 22 (1991), pp. 1–15] used the properties of the kernel $\Phi ( \cdot ,h,t)$. In this paper these properties are established.
