Definitions for fuzzy floor and ceiling

The new definition of the fuzzed Floor and Ceiling functions in IBM APL systems is presented and is shown to be superior to previous definitions. The mathematical properties of all four definitions are compared, and "fuzz graphs" display the differences in the definitions. Implementation considerations are discussed.
