Threshold characteristics of estimates of image coordinates with unknown intensity and area

The analysis of the maximum likelihood algorithm for estimating image coordinates in the presence of anomalous errors has been carried out. The loss of estimation accuracy caused by the presence of anomalous errors was also determined.
