Algebraic areas distributions for two-dimensional Levy flights

The author studies curves generated by planar Levy flights and calculate the probability distribution of the algebraic area 'between the curve and the chord'. He compares his analytical result with computer simulations. He also considers closed curves and give the result for the distribution of areas enclosed by those curves.
