On a conjecture on Reed-Muller codes

In this note we prove the conjecture that the minimum weight of code of order r + (r+l) m,s obtained by annexing some s vectors to the basis vectors of Reed-Muller code R-(r, m) is 2 m-(r+1) and the minimum weight of the dual of a code of order r + (r+l) m,s is 2r+1 which is the minimum weight of the dual of R(r, m).
