Some Characteristics of Glow-Discharge Voltage Regulator Tubes

Some little-known characteristics of glow-discharge voltage regulator tubes are discussed. In particular, the negative resistance discontinuities sometimes observed in static characteristics and the hysteresis voltage effects which occur under dynamic conditions are demonstrated.
