The ElectroAcoustic Resource Site (EARS)

Leigh Landy · Journal of Music Technology and Education · 2007

This article introduces the reader to the ElectroAcoustic Resource Site (EARS, www.ears.dmu.ac.uk ). It examines the site's raison d'tre, its history thus far, challenges encountered, and then moves on to introduce the project's future plans, in particular within electroacoustic music education for children. A key focus is how those working on EARS are attempting to make the site relevant to anyone involved in the field of electroacoustic music studies, regardless of previous experience.
