Realisation of stored-program sequential machines

A.M.A. Hussain, M.E. Woodward · Electronics Letters · 1974

A technique is proposed for the decomposition of stored-program sequential machines into nonloopfree structures. The resulting submachines are found to be of uniform or near-uniform structure, and can be realised from commercially available memory units, with little or no redundancy in storage requirements.
