A simple program for a phaseless recursive digital filter

Abstract A brief comparison of several types of digital filters is made and a simple subroutine implementing a recursive digital phaseless low and high pass filter is described. The subroutine, written in standard Fortran, is suitable for any computer with a Fortran IV compiler.
