Different Analog Signal Processing Mathematical Functions with CMOS VLSI Circuits

Hussein Chiblè, Ahmad Mohamad Ghandour · International Journal of Modelling and Simulation · 2009

In this paper, analog very large scale integration complementary metal oxide semiconductor (VLSI CMOS) circuits that implement different mathematical functions, equations, or operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, quadratic, square-root, linear and hyperbolic tangent operations" with limited and wide-range variations are presented. These functions are useful for analog neural network hardware and analog signal processing implementation.
