Networking airport fields with identity-oriented dual-surveillance
Li-Yen Hsu, Shou-Yih Chen · 2010
An airport intruder can potentially be hidden by vehicles. An optimal-degree spider-web network prototype is proposed for the SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) networks of the airport and its sub-fields with dual-surveillance and mutually independent Hamiltonian-path performance to benefit coping with material interference, blind spots, false images, or repair requirements. Using sequential order, integrative connectivity, and reliability, SCADA networks can also improve maintenance, environmental control, and service-oriented images, because the networks allow real-time parallel sensing, systematic fault-tolerance, and integrative management in area perspectives. Such configurations can offer integrated response capabilities even if the SCADA networks of two paths are destroyed.
