Several years ago, in an effort to simplify our production job process, standardize our production JCL, and live with the installation of a new security package, we developed a system called Production Job Submission Control (PJSC). PJSC consists of a small “programming” language and a full-screen interface that prompts for input and then generates job streams using the input.
