LPC synthesis with simplified spectrum flattening of the excitation function

Implementation of spectrum flattening of the excitation signal of an LPC (Linear Predictive Coding) vocoder is described. This modification yielded a small increase of intelligibility and a noticeable change in the quality of the perceived LPC speech.
