A subduced representation DA↓GB is a (co)representation of the group GB obtained by restricting the (co)representation DA of a supergroup GA to the elements of GB. A systematic and efficient method for calculating the matrices needed for the decomposition of DA↓GB into irreducible constituents is discussed in this paper where the auxiliary group approach developed previously [J. Math. Phys. 27, 37, 2236 (1986); 28, 1947 (1987)] is adopted to the present problem.
