Simple systolic array algorithm for Hadamard transform

An algorithm of a simple systolic array processor for the HT (Hadamard transform) is presented. It is based on the HCG (Hadamard coefficient generator). The HCG makes the signs of the Hadamard matrix (HM) elements and the matrixvector multiplication is executed. This algorithm is simple and provides high pipelining rates.
