Evaluation of visual induced motion sickness on interactive video using biosignals and body motion

Naoki Kobayashi, Takahiro Saigo · 2014

Quantitative evaluation method of visual induced motion sickness (VIMS) on interactive video using biosignals index and body-motion indices were experimentally investigated. The results indicate that biosignals from RRI and respiration combined with the peak value and time-shift of cross-correlation between body motion signals and global motion vector might be a useful VIMS index for non-experts on interactive video with special type operation.
