This paper describes the effectiveness of eye tracking measurement in order to investigate interactive web-based e-Learning materials with synthesized voice based navigations for an introductory communication engineering course. The results demonstrate that, despite quality problems, synthesized voice navigation does lead the learner's viewpoint to an appropriate area of the learning material such as a selection/control buttons.
