On fan products ofZ-matrices

If A and B are general M-matrices. it is shown than the Fan Product A − B is also a general M-matrix and satisfies the determinantal inequality It is also shown that if A is an No -matrix and B is either an No -matrix or a general M-matrix. then A B is an No -matrix (general M-matrix) if and only if det A − B is negative (nonnegative).
