An Ordered Multisignature without Random Oracles

Ordered multisignatures allow signers to attest to a common message as well as the order in which they signed. We present an ordered multisignature provably secure without random oracles. Our construction is based on the signature scheme of Waters. It is computationally efficient and suitable for practical use.
