Localization of the Sound Source Based on Directional Orthogonal Periodic Wavelet Basis

This paper introduces a smooth and adjustable periodic interpolatory wavelet which is sensitive to the direction of the signal.It is produced by orthogonalization ,in this way it constitutes directional orthogonal wavelet basis in the two-dimensional space ; the position of the sound signal is detected by fast transform of this wavelet and the result is presented.
