The conversion of residue numbers to binary coded decimal numbers using a counter method

This paper presents a technique for the conversion of the residue number of the equivalent binary coded decimal number using counter circuitry. The conversion process is not limited by the residue number-system moduli. The test circuit wan operated with a 1 MHz clock pulse.
