Theoretical clustering and a scheme of its implementation

Classification is important to intelligent system. many expert systems are based on (Heuristic) Classification Model. The pre-knowledge (i.e. pre-classification of problem types considered and corresponding solutions) is put into Classification Model in advance. how to acquire the pre-knowledge? One kind of techniques which can be used to solve this problem is the Clustering Techniques.
