CONTENT BASED VIDEO QUERYING The number of video files that contain a combination of image and voice information more and more. Difficulty in searching desired information becomes a major problem. I propose to create a video database model which is equipped with a transcript of dialogue. The transcript converted from voice into text. The database also equiped with actors who form separated from the video. There are several processes in this proposal in order to form multimedia database model. First proses is separate background noise (noise) with a voice conversation then change into text. Next process is to separate the actor from the background. After actors recognized, they will be stored as attributes of a video. Video database with two additional attributes of a conversation script and actor image will then be the basis for the retrieval process. Searching for scripts can be done by text query existing today. The search for the actor image is done by giving a sample image to be searched.
