Inter relationships between conditions for perturbation theory being appropriate for a bounce as given by Turok (non zero singularity) and the initiation of quantum effects in cosmology, using ideas from Haggard and Rovelli . The metric tensor uncertainty effect is alluded to as well, with comments as to future research conditions added.
