Here we present the result of [522] about the uniformity of distribution of pairs (u, v) generated by the ElGamal signature scheme which can be described in the following way. Let.M be a finite set of messages to be signed and leth: $$ \[M \to {\mathbb{Z}_{p - 1}}\] $$ be an arbitrary hash-function.
