Rule-based EAN method and its application

This paper presents EAN (extended activation network) method. EAN synthesizes predicate logic and computation with some advantages of fuzzy and joint methods by denoting related rules as a hybrid of first-order predicate logic, network based computation and procedures. Formal, computational and conceptual model of EAN is discussed. Finally, an application of social conflict management is discussed.
