A suggestion of SSM with interests-coordination process

Checkland's (1981) soft system methodology (SSM) is a powerful tool for dealing with soft problems. In this paper we apply SSM to the soft problem of interests conflict and make a suggestion of using SSM for the interests-coordination process.
