A Pick and Blot-Out Algorithm for Obtaining Representation Vectors to Represent an Arbitrary Dataset

A "pick and blot-out" algorithm was developed by the author to obtain representation vectors that represent a given dataset while meeting an important representation criterion. The criterion is that the worst case representation distortion (and therefore any representation distortion) is not greater than any pre-specified maximum. This "pick and blot-out" algorithm is described in this paper. A self-evident proof is also provided for the algorithm. Representative outcomes based on a wide variety of artificially created complex datasets too are provided to illustrate typical outcomes. The outcomes confirm the above guarantee by the algorithm on the worst case representation distortion.
