Guangxi Crop Genetic Improvement and Biotechnology Lab is the key laboratory of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Nanning,Guangxi,and is an important base for undertaking basic and applied researches on agricultural biotechnology.The lab has adopted very modern management model and measures for constructing the standard management system,training the researchers for various techniques and use of instruments and safety measures,realistic allocation and management of instruments,setting up scientific research collaborations with other research institutions,strengthening the construction of talent management team,encouraging and promoting the researchers for taking full advantage of lab equipments for conducting high-level researches,etc.This kind of competence and effective management system in biotechnology lab is being developed through several years,and the lab has achieved safety and high-efficiency operation.
