Local Variational Denoising for Multiplicative Noise Image

In this paper, we firstly establish a variational functional in BV space for removing multiplicative noise based on the RLO model and local variance constraint. Secondly, we further improve the local variational denoising model inspired by the dual method. Next, we give out a formula for calculating the local parameter, and write down our execution algorithm by using alternating iterative minimal method. Finally, we show some numerical experiments and compare the results of our proposed model with those of the RLO model. The results show that our model works effectively for multiplicative noise image.
