An Analysis on the Clustering Time of the Relic Neutrinos

Because of the dynamicaI reason, a clustering process must occurred in a region of horizon. As we know only the adiabatic perturbation whose extent is not smaller than Jeans limits can be growing. So the time when M_J=M_H is adopted as the initial time of perturbation growing. In a reasonable range of rest mass of relic neutrinos, it is conclude that the clustering time of the relic neutrinos is rather late, possibly later than the formation time of galaxies.
