The study of an iterative algorithm of LS channel estimation in IEEE 802.16e MIMO-OFDM system

Channel estimation is crucial for improving the performance of the MIMO-OFDM system. In this paper, an iterative Algorithm of LS channel estimation is studied and its estimation performance in IEEE 802.16e MIMO-OFDM system is evaluated. The results of the simulation show that, to achieve the performance that the BER equals to1×10-3, it can save 0.8 dB compared with the LS method. (4 pages)
