In this introductory chapter, background relating to the Department of Housing 1 will be provided.Other issues to be discussed will include the research problem investigated, the key questions asked and the conceptual framework for the study.Chapter Three: Methodology of the study.This chapter will discuss in detail the methodology and how the knowledge audit method was used to conduct the study.Furthermore it will give details of how the data was collected and analysed.Chapter Four: Presentation of results.This chapter will present the results of the study.The graphs, tables and percentages will be used to interpret and present the results.Chapter Five: Interpretation of the results.This chapter will present a discussion of the results building on the literature review presented in Chapter two. Chapter Six: Conclusions and recommendations.Conclusions and recommendations as they relate to the research questions will be made.Suggestions for further research will be given.
