Calibration of AC amplifiers

A new AC voltage amplifier calibration system is proposed herein. The complex error of the amplifier is determined and stored, making possible software correction with the results. This way amplifiers with less than 10 ppm gain error and less than 10 /spl mu/rad phase error can be realised.
