Harmonization issues in the updating of ISO standards on software product quality

Abstract. Within the context of the current ISO project to upgrade the set of technical reports on the measurement of the quality of software products (ISO 9126), the ISO working group concerned has come up with proposals for various documents (standards or technical reports) in the new ISO 25000 series to improve the interpretation and use of the quality measures.
