It is also essential to providethe tools that allow citizens to correctly identify the services they need. In this paper we will discuss howit is possible to improve e-gov service delivery by using human language technologies. We argue that thesetechnologies can contribute to: deliver services in more inclusive manners; provide human centered and mul-tilingual service and support; and include non-structuredinformation scattered across different sources.
