DOA estimation based on array manifold calibration and weighted subspace fitting

This paper addresses the problem of DOA estimation using the weighted subspace fitting (WSF) scheme in the presence of array manifold error. A modified WSF algorithm using the quasi-Newton method is presented with some computer simulations, and a concise derivation of the formula for the first gradient is given.
