Admission control at UMTS spectrum sharing

This paper studies admission control algorithms effect on capacity and QoS fairness between operators that share UMTS spectrum.We compare some admission control algorithms for mixed packet switch and circuit switch traffic by simulating a hot spot scenario.A new algorithm achieves the best result.
